Lease the Loop Web Site Is Drawing National Attention

Lease the Loop, the web site dedicated to retail vacancies in the Delmar Loop that went live in July, is garnering attention from national retailers.

Jessica Bueler of the Loop Special Business District told Patch that the planning and creation of the site took over a year. The site is the result of a collaboration between the Loop SBD and Washington University.

The site is aimed at prospective retail and business tenants for the Loop. Lease the Loop allows interested businesses to search property available for lease, with practical details such as address, price per square foot, types of utilities and other amenities available.
"It's so user-friendly," Joe Edwards said in a press release. "Brokers around the country that represent unique, one of a kind retailers can get online and get their questions answered. I've already received calls from people who appreciate all of the accurate information the site provides."
