Front Row Produce Celebrates 10th Anniversary With Move

A tenth anniversary usually signifies a gift of tin or aluminum, but a St. Louis-based produce distributor is celebrating its company’s milestone with a brand new building.

Front Row Produce will move to its new building at 162 Belt Way Dr. in Overland, Mo. in March once renovations are completed.  The company purchased the 53,000-square-foot building for $2.5 million and will make $500,000 in renovations for needed office space, cooler walls and racking systems.  The building currently has refrigeration and freezer features in addition to 22-foot high ceilings conducive for food businesses.  Hilliker Corporation agent Scott Martin represented the buyer; seller Ken-Yatta, LLC, represented themselves.
