  • Job: Human Resources Manager
  • Experience: Five years experience in human resources or related area. High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Responsibilities: "Provide human resources guidance and counsel to corporate managers and employees on the effective application of the company's HR policies, practices and procedures. Assist in the implementation of company-wide HR strategies that support successful business outcomes at corporate locations for assigned HR area. Help ensure that corporate locations are compliant with federal, state and local regulations when implementing, counseling, educating and directing management or employees in the application of HR policies related to assigned HR area. Support the appropriate manager or director in forecasting, developing and implementing effective plans related to assigned HR functional area.
