Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the management team of the Business Services Center. Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, travel (domestic and international) schedules and itineraries. Edit, type and proofread correspondence, charts, graphs and presentations. Provide telephone coverage for multiple people, process mail, track and process expense reports.
