Villages of Wyncrest Under New Ownership

The University City complex sold for $36.9 million.

Villages of Wyncrest, an 840 unit apartment complex in University City, has been sold, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

The complex spans both sides of I-170. It sold for $36.9 million, the Business Journal reports.

Wyncrest St. Louis LP of Nashville, Tenn., is the new owner, according to documents filed with the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds.

The Nashville group acquired Wyncrest from Canadian firm Bentall-Kennedy, one of North America’s largest real estate investment advisers, which had owned the property for nearly 12 years.
