Three Kings Joins St. Louis Originals

The group works to promote independently owned local businesses.

Three Kings Public House has become the newest member of The Saint Louis Originals.

The Originals is a collaborative of independently owned and operated local restaurants committed to celebrating the food and friendship indigenous to St. Louis neighborhoods.

“Three Kings has made a noticeable splash on the local dining and entertainment scene since it opened last spring,” said Bethany Budde, owner of SqWires and vice president of the Saint Louis Originals. “We are pleased to add this bustling new enterprise to our consortium of locally owned and operated restaurants, and to expand the dining options of our large and loyal base of Rewards Card members.”

Food, Atmosphere

Three Kings is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with carry-out and banquet services available in addition to dining in the establishment’s handsomely appointed main serving room.

Named by The Riverfront Times as “Best New Bar” for 2011, Three Kings, which specializes in upscale pub fare, takes pride in supporting farms in Missouri and Illinois, thus helping to provide its guests with the freshest produce picked at the peak of the season.

Three Kings opened in spring 2011 and is owned and operated by Derek Flieg, Ryan Pinkston and Derek Deaver. In addition to appetizers, salads and soups, entrees and desserts, Three Kings features a wide selection of beer, wine and spirits for its patrons. It also hosts ‘ive entertainment to support the local music scene.

If only the header said the group works 2 promote local "restaurants," NOT local "businesses." This would have been more accurate & more efficient 4 readers pressed 4 time (like many of us?). I wouldn't have opened the article if I'd known. If such inaccuracy continues with the Patch, I'll probably be reading it a lot less.
