Restaurant Roundup: Midwest Living Highlights the Loop

Plus, great vegetarian dishes and a new coffee shop.

Midwest Living's St. Louis Trip Guide highlights some of the best of University City and the Delmar Loop.

Among its top picks:

  • Blueberry Hill — Nosh on burgers, sip brews and perhaps catch a show; Chuck Berry performs monthly.
  • Cheese-ology — Choose from more than a dozen mac and cheeses, including the Mediterranean with olives and goat cheese, in the Delmar Loop
  • Moonrise Hotel — The boutique hotel reflects a cool retro lunar theme throughout.
  • Winslow’s Home — A 1926 building that was originally a general store has become a gift shop-cafe. Try the spinach, egg and cheese breakfast burrito or brisket sandwich.

Vegetarian Fare

Patch has told you about the great vegetarian fare at Frida's Deli. But did you know that Tavolo V has a variety of Italian vegetarian options.
