Moonrise Hotel Voted "Best of the Midwest" by AAA Readers

The results are in — the Moonrise Hotel in St. Louis, has been voted “Best Small Hotel” by the readers of AAA Midwest Traveler in the annual “Best of the Midwest” Awards. This is the second year in a row Moonrise Hotel has taken home this honor.

Opened in April 2009, this 125-room chic, boutique hotel is located in the heart of the Delmar Loop, designated by the American Planning Association as “One of the 10 Great Streets in America.”

Distributed in Missouri, eastern Kansas, southern Illinois, and southwestern Indiana, AAA Midwest Traveler has a circulation of 550,000. As the name suggests, their readers are well-seasoned travelers. Over 95 percent of their readers have taken a trip within the past 12 months, and 76 percent of readers have stayed in a hotel, according to the publication.
