Halloween 2012: Carve a Pumpkin at Star Clipper

Get into the Halloween spirit by carving a pumpkin at Star Clipper, a shop located on the Delmar Loop. The event will be held on Saturday.

We're only days away from Halloween 2012. Have you carved a pumpkin yet?

If not, don't worry! Star Clipper on the Delmar Loop will have a table of pumpkins and carving kits to help you craft your very own jack-o'-lantern. The shop, which is dubbing the event Star Clipper's Pumpkin-Carving-Palooza, will offer the pumpkins from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Pumpkins will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis, according to a news blast from the Loop Special Business District. Children under the age of 15 should be accompanied by an adult.

Tell us: What's your favorite jack-o'-lantern creation? Have a picture to show off?

Congratulations for the GRG, including all hardworking employees, Board members-volunteers and theRead More taxpayers who had the foresight to create such a worthwhile taxing district. This group, with extensive collaboration between governmental agencies, private landowners and citizens, creates interconntected trails throughout our region!
