June 29 will be the last day the location at 7401 Pershing Avenue in University City will be known as Bici Cafe. Chef-owner Steve Werner told the St. Louis Post Dispatch's Joe Bonwich he was unable to come to a mutual agreement with his landlord about the rent.
"We've had great success for five years, but our landlord wanted to raise our rent too much, so I'm moving on," Werner said.
