University City kicks off its much anticipated Fair UCity community carnival on Sunday.

Fair UCity gets under way with a community parade at Jackson Park Elementary at noon. The fair runs Sunday from 1:00pm - 9:00pm. Monday the fair will be open from 11:00am-7:00pm.

The forecast calls for clear sunny skies with temperatures in the low 90s.
