Regional Arts Commission: New Education Program Manager

Lisa Harper Chang will run the Community Arts Training Institute.

Lisa Harper Chang has been named Education Programs Manager at the Regional Arts Commission, according to a press release from RAC. 

Harper Chang's new role will include running the Community Arts Training (CAT) Institute, an "intensive cross-sector training of artists and community activists."

She earned her B.A. from Rice University in Computational and Applied Mathematics and her M.S.W. from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University.

Harper Chang is an adjunct lecturer at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work and formerly served as Community Projects Director/Manager of Community Engagement at the Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts.
