St. Louis Children's Choirs - Family & Friends Concerts

Come hear the children who have received standing ovations at the White House, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Powell Symphony Hall, and around the world! 450 young singers (age 6 to 18) will perform in two public concerts. There’s nothing quite like the talented voices and performance quality of The St. Louis Children’s Choirs, the official children’s choirs of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.

Saturday's concert features special guest pianist Diana Umali who will perform the beautiful L'isle joyeuse by Claude Debussy. Half of the Choirs’ ensembles perform on Saturday evening’s concert and the other half on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.

Tickets are on sale through the Children's Choirs website: www.slccsing.org/concerts.html (via PayPal) or by calling the Choir Office at 314-993-9626. Tickets: $10 for adults. Children-age 5 to 18-are FREE... A great opportunity for children who are interested in auditioning for Choirs to attend! Please make other arrangements for children under 5.

Many of the Children's Choirs ensembles rehearse weekly at the 560 Music Center and this is the site of several concerts each season. If your young singer is thinking about auditioning for the Choirs, this concert is a great opportunity to experience the program. Please see the website for more information about auditions (www.slccsing.org) and take a moment to introduce yourself to a staff member at the concert.  We'd enjoy meeting you!
