Key to Your Good Health

Join Brentmoor Retirement Communities and HomeTeam Transition Management, LLC for “Key to Your Good Health,” a free health fair for seniors.  Attendees are invited to visit various vendors providing complimentary health screenings and information.

Screenings and information will be provided by vendors from HomeTeam Transition Management, LLC; Continuum; RPI; Washington University School of Medicine; Missouri Lions Eye Research Foundation; Mary Kay; Dr. Rachel Loeb, chiropractic physician; Cooperative Home Care; Veterans Home Care; Pathways Community Hospice; Center for Hearing and Speech; Walgreens; Medical West; Missouri Dental College; Orthotic and Prosthetic Design; Extended Independence; CLAIM; Alternative Hospice; Dillard’s; Dansko Shoes and St. Louis County Health Department.
