Get Your Chalk On! The Loop’s second chalk festival will be held Sept. 1, with a rain date of Sept. 2.
Each participating artist will check in at 9 a.m. at the . Each participating artist will receive their location of where to draw their sidewalk chalk art, and a box of chalk the morning of the event.
Artists will be able to sign up at a fee of $10 for adults; $8 for students; and $4 for children under 12.
