Lost Dog - Black Shiba Inu

Our black and tan Shiba Inu, Omar, ran off in the middle of his walk today. He was lost near the intersection of Amherst and Jackson. He has a blue harness on and his leash should still be attached.

He weighs about 15 pounds and is rather afraid of people.
