Just Bills Place Pool Tournament Grosses $10,000 for Needy Children

The Just Bills Place Pool Tournament benefiting Saint Louis Crisis Nursery attracted hundreds of supporters to help children in need.  This is the second year for the event, which grossed more than $10,000 and collected hundreds more diapers, formula, and toys.

Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is a premier safe haven for at-risk children, birth through age 12.  Free 24-hour crisis care is provided at five Nursery locations in St. Louis City and County, St. Charles and Wentzville.  Annually, Crisis Nursery cares for more than 7,000 children.

"We are simply delighted that the community supported Crisis Nursery children," said DiAnne Mueller, Crisis Nursery CEO.  "The tournament players kept at-risk children at heart the entire evening."

Guests enjoyed festive food, and took their chances in a high end raffle, which included a custom made pool stick by Treadway Custom Cues.  The event was organized by Nursery supporters Billy and Kristy Mayhall.
