U City Police Blotter: Electronics, Copper Stolen

University City Police incidents from the week of Nov. 19-25.

Here is a look at the blotter from the week of Nov. 19-25.

The department arrested 53 adults and four juveniles. There were two robberies and five burglaries.

The reporting party stated person(s) unknown entered the unlocked residence while his girlfriend was outside and took several electronics.*

12-38105 6709 Julian Ave. Nov. 23

Alarm sounding and it was discovered someone entered basement and removed copper.

Suspect has been identified in thefts of vacant properties.

12-37887 Clemons/Leland Nov. 20

The victim stated two male subjects approached from the alley and demanded wallet and cell phone.

Several people were stopped after a chase eastward into St. Louis, and investigation continues.

12-37660 7053 Dartmouth Ave. Nov. 18

Window screen was damaged as if tampered with.

12-37751 7350 Olive Blvd. Nov. 19

Man wearing knit cap and sunglasses entered credit union and handed teller a note demanding bills. Left building and ran to rear of adjacent business. The alarm was not activated.

12-38148 8054 Hafner Nov. 23

The reporting party stated she observed three juvenile males attempting to break into a vacant apartment.

Three juvenile suspects were taken into custody.
