The "THUG REPORT"

Charles' depiction of Success based on Race is much more obvious in 2013 than back in the 70's and 80's now that nearly all of the Whites have left cities like New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Detroit, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Oakland desolated and with little hope for recovery! Businesses will not open in Crime and Crack Infested Slums, Public Housing Projects and Ghettos. Businesses will not hire People who cannot read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide. Furthermore, no one in their right mind wants to do Business with Crackheads, Thug Lifers, Little Tupacers or African Queens, because they have no VALUES and will STEAL you BLIND! In fact, most of our Nations inner city Colleges, Trade Schools and Universities are looking for escape routes out of large impoverished urban areas, throughout North America.
