Restaurant Round-Up: The Good Pie Is Coming

The Midtown restaurant is moving into Ginger Bistro, as the restaurant divides its space.

Coming Soon

The Good Pie, currently located near St. Louis University, is coming to the Delmar Loop. The pizza shop will take over a 2,200 square foot section of Ginger Bistro.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the move will likely come in May. Ginger Bistro is not closing; the owner is splitting his floor space to accommodate both restaurants.

The Good Pie chef and co-owner Mike Randolph also owns Half & Half and the Little Country Gentleman in Clayton.

I just hope this doesn't mean the Ginger Bistro is in trouble-I like that place too!

I hope The Good Pie has live jazz. There is no live jazz in the loop now that Riddles, Brandt's, and Delmar Lounge are gone. St. Louis has lots of good jazz musicians.
