Overland Police said an officer spotted Baker driving a stolen 2002 Ford Focus at 4:30 a.m. July 17 near St. Charles Rock Road and Interstate 170. When Baker saw the officer, he made a U-turn and drove off, fleeing the officer until he crashed the car, according to the police report.
