Police ID 17-Year-Old Shot Sunday Night

University City Police have identified the victim as Demarko M. Williams.

 

University City Police have identified the victim of Sunday night's shooting as 17-year-old Demarko M. Williams. Williams was shot and killed outside an apartment complex Sunday night in University City. 

The shooting occurred around 8:30 p.m. outside a building in the 6300 block of Olive Blvd.

According to KMOV, the victim was standing outside the building when the suspect approached the him and opened fire. He was shot in the stomach several times before the suspect fled on foot.

Williams was transported to Barnes-Jewish Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to a press release from the University City Police.

The Suspect 

The suspect has been described by authorities as being a black male between 18-22 years of age and standing at 5'8" to 5'11" in height. He was reportedly wearing jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Related to the previous shootings less than a month ago... aka mother and son .. shit is getting real in ucity and peeps wanna cover it up like nothing is going on...
