The University City Plan Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit on behalf of the Loop Trolley Company c/o Joe Edwards to install and operate the proposed Loop Trolley in the CC – Core Commercial District and PA – Public Activity District Address/Location: Delmar Boulevard right-of-way from approximately Sgt. Mike King Drive to the eastern City limits.

The vote moves the trolley plan along to the City Council. The trolley issue will be before the council at its March 11 meeting.
