'Olivette on the Go' Is Sept. 28-30
Festival features great rides, great food, outstanding entertainment, a chili cook-off and a 5K race.
The ‘Olivette on the Go’ fall festival runs Sept. 28-30.
Patch will be there to explain all about the new Olivette Patch.
This is the second year since Olivette switched from the mid-summers SummerFest to the new concept geared to local families and the like.
The carnival features all new rides, plenty of food booths and lots of good entertainment.
Entertainment
- Friday — The main act is hip hop artist DJ MC Reggie.
- Saturday — Erin Bode takes the main stage at 7 p.m. Saturday.
- Sunday — ‘Stone in Love,’ tribute band for Journey takes the stage.
Other Activities
Saturday features a Chili Cook-off, sponsored by the Creve Coeur and Olivette Chamber of Commerce. A $1,000 prize goes to the grand prize winner.
On Sunday the annual 5K run and the family walk/run through Olivette will be held.
