Information for Mugs in the News is provided by the St. Charles County and St. Louis County law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. If you or a family member are charged or cited and the case is subsequently adjudicated, we encourage you to notify the editor. We will verify and report the outcome.

Cecil Jones -- so we have one citizen clubbing his grand kids and another citizen stomping her grandmother. In terms of math, does that cancel out? Oh, Cecil, just FYI, those are two relatives who won't be changing your bedpan in your final days.

James Kerley -- now here's a new twist in criminal genius. Use stolen goods to pay for your probation fees. I wonder which high school he went to.

Lastly, there is nothing redeeming to say about Michael Wright, Stephen Keel or the absolute worst scum in this week's crowd -- Billie Joe Bunch, Rebecca Sue Russell and John Scott Thomas III (you gotta like the "3rd", as if continuing this genetic line is a good idea) -- may you all rot in a cage for a long, long, time. It's just unfortunate you get to keep using up some of the world's natural resources.

Wow, clever comment. So which of those criminals are you related to?

I'm guessing that, like me, he's not related to any of them. He probably just considers your comments tasteless and pointless. As do others.

And why is it you look at these mug shots? A little prurient interest on your part? And I really don't care what "others" think nor do I seek your approval. The website publishes these photos and asks for comments. Why not offer some of your own about them instead? By the way, there's a well-known website called "The Smoking Gun", publishes are kinds of mug shots I'm sure you'd get off on and people comment all the time.

Didn't look at the mug shots, only the comments since they seemed to always be on the list on the homepage. I was merely curious as to why you seemed to feel it necessary to remark about each and every one. And now I know.

What Robin said.

I just noticed there were lots of comments on this article. I figured it was someone blindly defending their incarcerated family member/ loved one. Nope, just some dweeb who makes himself feel better by making fun of these people. Get a life.

Do you ever leave the computer? You've responded to each of our comments almost immediately.

Why don't you get a life instead of being a pompous jerk, which I am certain you are in reality.

Robin, you don't know squat. Why in the world would you read comments about stories you aren't reading, LOL, somebody's a little screwy.

Stephen D -- I like your comments. And, if there's any group who deserves it, it's the losers in the mugshots. They kind of lost face whenever they committed the crime.

Except that they haven't been proven guilty yet....

As for Mr. D, we could pose the same question re "screwy:" who checks every mug shot in the crime news and feels the need to personally bash each individual? Yep, guess we know the answer to that.
