Information for Mugs in the News is provided by the St. Charles County and St. Louis County law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. If you or a family member are charged or cited and the case is subsequently adjudicated, we encourage you to notify the editor. We will verify and report the outcome.

Another week, another batch of the St. Louis area's finest. The sort of folks you pass by on the street or stand in line with at Walgreen's but don't realize what they how they are contributing to your quality of life. The big winner this week, and it won't be the last, is meth. The first four shots exemplify the high caliber individuals living among us.

Stephen, I know that you find yourself witty and delightful... but if you put the all of your posts into a single message it'd make it easier to ignore for those of us who think you're stupid.

Why not ask the Patch to 1) stop publishing these photos and 2) eliminate the comment section altogether, that way you needn't be bothered and can continue in your dumbed down life with no disturbance.

Scott, these photos just demand some sort of comment. I figure that's almost why they're published.
