Information for Mugs in the News is provided by the Jefferson CountySt. Charles County and St. Louis County law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. If you or a family member are charged or cited and the case is subsequently adjudicated, we encourage you to notify the editor. We will verify and report the outcome.

James "Angel" Carver, indeed he certainly has been "carved", living the life of a productive citizen in the Arch Budget Motel. After all, there's a demand for meth and he's just being a good old American entrepreneur. However, he is one "businessman" I would prefer never to see in person. You don't think he's been to prison before do you?

George Strahan, 45, a loser since birth. What exactly are his techniques for picking up women in the first place? He must have some seriously good lines to overcome that mess.

Oh my, you look like one heck of a message "therapist", Kirk. I can see why women flock to you to have their bodies rubbed. Time to find another line of work, dude, maybe on the East side.

Don't the police have anything better to do than harass poor Mr. Delargy. After all, he came to a full stop before making that left turn on red.

0.41 percent alcohol? Is that a record? That's super impressive Leslie! By the way, Patch, which way was Leslie going on Westbound I-44?

Somebody needs to tell Kristen Essary she's not at a model shoot. Running over a police officer will not get you a fashion contract.

So I would like to point out that the young man with the awesome face tattoos he really is inspiring right now. I hope that one day I will be able to stand over his grave and thank God he was unable to be a father. Because he was locked in prison. I guess he doesn't realize he can only be a rasict and poor white trash for the rest of his hopefully very short like. In other word kill yourself!!!

I just want to thank the St. Charles police department. You deal with the worst we have in this town everyday. But always have a smile and wave for us citizens that are trying to have a somewhat normal and productive life here. I dont know how you do it. But I am very thankful that you all go to work everyday. THANKS SO MUCH
