Man Indicted for U City Burglary
The defendant is accused of a 2010 burglary and a Sept. 19 burglary in University City.
A man was indicted by a St. Louis County grand jury Wednesday for a burglary and stealing in University City.
University City Police said that Damon Petty, 37, entered a home in the 6600 block of Crest Avenue and stole a microwave oven. Court documents listed his address as being in the 200 block of Roberta in Ferguson.
Petty also faces charges relating to a Sept. 19 burglary in University City.
