Joylynn Pruitt, the superintendent of schools for the School District of University City, is one 14 phenomenal women who appear on the cover of the Special Salute to Phenomenal Women, ninth edition of Who’s Who in Black St. Louis, Celebrating African-American Achievement publication.
Pruitt’s picture and article about her passion for education titled “Driven by Education” appear in the glossy, coffee-table book.
