- Nixon Wins Re-Election; Spence Concedes Governor's Race
- Clint Zweifel Re-elected as Missouri State Treasurer
- Peter Kinder Wins Third Term As Missouri Lieutenant Governor
Missouri House of Representatives
University City's incumbents ran unopposed.
- District 86 — Democrat Rory Ellinger.
- District 87 — Democrat Stacey Newman defeated Susan Carlson in the August primary and then again in a second September election that was necessary after primary voters received the incorrect ballot.
