Dogs and their owners hit the water at the Heman Park Pool on Saturday for the ninth annual end of season University City Puppy Pool Party. The dog splash, which is the primary fundraiser for the University City Dog Park each year, brought around 150 dogs to the Heman Park Pool to splash and play.
