When meeting announcements are posted about OUR school board meetings, it must be noted which kind it will be. Because citizens can only speak or have input in half of these meetings, the half called general ( I am probably confused on what they call them). The other half are work sessions and even though citizens can attend they cannot participate. This has been going on for a year or better and still very few citizens attend any of these sessions, Why?
