Rally

 celebration.

campus

the Ronald

McNair 
Administration 
Building.

University 
City 

students, 
parents
 and
 community 
members

welcome 
to

 community‐wide

 rally
 incorporates 
free
 hair cuts, 
backpacks 
filled 
with
 school
 supplies, enrollment 

information,
 fun/educational
 activities 
and 
information
 about community 
organizations.

The 
annual 
National 
Night 
Out 
is 
designed
 to
 heighten 
crime 
and 
drug prevention 
awareness,
 
promote
 neighborhood
 spirit 
and 
fortify 
community partnerships.

The
 night 
out 
offers 
police
 and
 fire
 department
 displays, 
singers,
 dancers,
 a
 disc
 jockey, 
face 

painting,
 a 
petting 
zoo,
 free 
food
 and
 drinks, 
and information 
about 
family
 safety.
