Local Realtors and housing experts are joining together and hosting a free Housing Resource Fair on Thursday, July 26 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Bellefontaine Recreation Center located at 9669 Bellefontaine Road in Bellefontaine Neighbors, MO.

Alderman Anthony Smith who is also a Coldwell Banker Gundaker agent has brought together 21 experts to assist the public with their housing needs and to provide guidance.

“I wanted to create an informative, no-pressure, fact-gathering event,” said Smith, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Corporate Centre Sales office. “This will be a one-stop evening to answer any housing related questions for home buyers, sellers or those who need counseling all under one roof.”

Assistant Attorney General, Ryan Asbridge will be in attendance to speak about the Missouri Mortgage Settlement and address any questions.

Event attendees can also meet one-on-one with area lenders, housing counselors and non-profit organizations to discuss topics such as:
