The Historical Society of University City hosts its annual dinner meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the University City Public Library 2nd Floor Auditorium. 

As we celebrate the centennial of our school system, we are pleased to have invited John A. Wright to speak about the history of University City Schools.  Mr. Wright, a U. City resident since 1968, has an extensive educational background as a teacher, superintendent, and board of education member. He has authored twelve books, and currently serves on the Regional Arts Commission and the State Historical Society.

Pasta House will cater the dinner buffet, which begins at 6:30 p.m.

Price is $30.00 per person for members of the Historical Society, $35.00 for non members.
